RESET NEEDED ASAP

Hey sarah KT is down again have had major lag for almost 2weeks anyway we can get reset and server back up thank you

I think my internet in general has been spotty. I wonder if someone is hacking me, because my email account has been hacked to send out spam, and I've had two completely separate credit cards used fraudulently. Some guy with a Taiwanese name was using my cards to order stuff to a house in New York. He knew enough to use my address and info for the credit card, but he used his address and name for shipping. The only computer on all the time is the Neverwinter server. Perhaps someone has found a way to hack into that and use it to expose the rest of my private LAN? I sure hope not, but internet has been getting sluggish lately. I'm on fiber optic, so performance shouldn't be an issue.

I hate to hear this, you never know about people like this, happens to alot of us.. This may be what happen to all my 60 toons, makes me wonder now.
And for the email hack, I also have 2 emails from you that I know you wouldn't have sent. I hope you can get this taken care of, I hate this happening to you.

Hopefully the hacking of player accounts is at an end. To whoever was doing it, for shame! Just because a program has a flaw that allows people to steal from and trash other people, it doesn't mean it has to be used. Too bad too many people these days are lacking basic morals, like do unto others like you would have done unto you. The online experience is, unfortunately, even more immoral than real life. For some reason, people do things online that would never be done face to face, but there is a real person behind each player avatar. Being an evil jerk online is really no different than being one in person, except online offers a degree of anonymity.

I was the only person on the server today and a number of the uber items were missing (D2, D4, D5 and D9 that I tried). Would you mind doing a reset so they appear again please? I know the staff from D9 has been missing for a few days since NWN crashed on me when I was using it.

In regards to the hacking, the module saves the CD key you used to create your characters. So long as you use the same key, you should never have another problem. Some players apparently cannot log on any of their characters. Until a week ago, the server did NOT lock any characters to CD keys, so if you cannot log on and are using the same CD keys you have always used, then someone else must have logged on and key coded your account after the update and before you locked them yourself. In that case, send me a message here with your account user ID. I will confirm it's yours with other players and unlock it for you if necessary.

Twice now, NWN has crashed when casting Hellball while I've been carrying Aelfric's staff (amongst other uber items). These are now lost until the next reset. Talking to Darksky, she says that she's also had the same problem too. Reading around the NWN forums reveals there is a graphics glitch with Hellball.

In the interests of allowing other players to access the uber items, do you think it might be wort taking of Hellball from Aelfric's staff? Maybe replace it with Greater Ruin or a high level IGMS?
