I think it would be interesting to have a way to track the top criminals. Weather by thievery or murders or both or all separate. Even if it is only a list done in the janitors guild that has no other use than bragging rights. This could also be implemented to give a reward to REGULAR people for bringing justice to the top most wanted people.
