I ordered a bottle of water from the serving girl in the inn, and nothing happened. So I thought i might have misclicked, so I ordered a second. It changed my alignment 15 chaotic and 15 evil
I'd rather not lose guild status over a glass of water, yikes.

As long as you paid for the water, it should have been OK. What did you do? Steal it?

From the screen shot it appears the drink was paid for. Can't say i ever saw that happen with water before.

Would it be possible, since I am giving the screen shot as evidence, some sort of change back or a reset of the waitresses opinion toward me? Sometimes in a fight trying to grab my own lost gold I've picked up someone elses. I'd really rather not lose my guild status over this.

You only lose guild status if you lose your lawful good alignment. One mistake (or game glitch) shouldn't be enough to do it, so long as you keep your alignment as pure as possible. You can gain alignment points with the books, but it's slow going at the higher levels.
