Greetings all ( .. or at least to whoever might come by to read this! )

I am changing jobs .. after many years .. would like to change my email address on this forum ..
such that I'll continue to be notified in case anyone still posts here.

The "Profile" link above doesn't seem to allow me to change my email address.

How do I go about changing this?

Perhaps setting things so that a member could not change their own contact details made sense when more folk came here, but now it might be better to allow us to change our own email when required (?)

I truly believe you need to create a new account for that. I don't think you can change it.

As werehound said also I think is not possible to users to change their registration e-mail on this forum so as he said you need to create a new account.

Anyway, I suggest you to send a PM to Sarah, could be has as "Forum Owner" has and option to change users e-mail ... but I'm not sure about this.

Talking about this forum, is the KT mod or the DX2 mod still running??

We have spoken, and Sarah is open to the idea to some extent, but that information is better to come from Sarah.

I know how frustrating the silence can get. There were times I'd feel a bit bitter about not getting a response, but now that Sarah and I have spoken I feel much better.

I'm still here and willing, but can accept if it doesn't happen.

While it would be great to play on DX or KT again, I'm not holding my breath waiting.
Have recently been having a crack at one of the vanilla WoW servers out there. I'm on an Aussie one .. where the low ping makes a huge difference to the responsiveness of the game play Smile

Hound host this server and lets try it out! I played there a long time ago I think these guys would like it. of course it isn't Dungeon X or KT but its something to do.

I've gone back to dabbling with WoW.
... but not with Blizzard -- there are quite a few private servers out there now.
I've mostly been playing on an Australian not-for-profit one called Nostralia -- which is a "Vanilla" server, so just to Lvl 60 as for the original game before they "sold out" and made end-game content easy for everyone. It makes a *huge* difference to have a 20ms ping (as opposed to the 250ms+ pings that we Aussies used to get back in the day).

As far as I read about NwN:EE is the same as our classic NwN but available at platforms like steam or beamdog ... you may pay again for the same game with "some graphics improvements" ... but it's just what I read and I can have a wrong idea about this "release".

Also, I haven't found information about multiplayer modules in NwN:EE ...

Some of you plan to buy NwN:EE?? A feed-back would be appreciated!!! Thanks!

I will be buying it. Afaik it's the same game with upgraded graphics and smoother everything. Which IMO is worth it alone. Being able to play at 4k? Sign me up fam.

I'll respect your opinion and thanks a lot for the feed-back.

In my opinion I won't pay for the same game just that it's only enhanced with "Improved Display" and "Advanced Graphics": I'm not searching for better graphics on NwN. The other enhancements (Community stuff) are available for original NwN so in my opinion I can't consider it as "Enhanced Features".

Hope this "Enhanced" NwN made a "nostalgic feeling" and bring the opportunity to new people to play NwN, more players = more servers = more fun for all Smile

Just picked up the EE on steam. If anyone gets a chance to host the server, or has any suggestions for fun servers they found, would love to hear what you guys have to say...Or simply to play with ya.

And squirrel i'm currently playing on the Diablo server. It's very sub-par compared to Sarah's content, but it scratches the itch.

The best server online right now is Nordock Martial Age I think. Second best is Salvation. They both don't hold a candle to KT. God I want to play on the server with my friends so bad.

Yeah that's the one. There's four but they're all linked. I've played Salvation, but i'll have to check out the martial ages one.
