| it depends on what aspect of high magic yer talking. for instance u can make a very powerful wpn from n e weapon. but i have played in sum server where it seemed like 50% of the monsters are spell casters. so in that aspect i think not really | |

| 1. Some worlds only go up to a +5 enchantment of any type, whereas in KT you can get up up to +10-20 depending on the enchantment. In REALLY low-magic worlds, finding a fine STEEL sword is the tops, considering you start out bashing monsters with a wooden club. Except for the first levels, you have to search really hard to find items that are NOT magic. 2. With the right items, anyone in KT can cast magic. On low magic worlds, magic use is the exclusive domain of casters, and only the most powerful clerics can actually bring the dead back to life. (the DM must be mighty indeed) | |
