Re: making your own scrolls
I realy hope that scrolls that are made and ready to be used are put back in mysty shop. It is nice that some toons are able to craft their scrolls and bottles but, there are allot of builds that are able to read and use scrolls but unable to craft them. The scrolls do not drop that can be read and used by those toons. At present I have to have someone to make for me and I hate having to ask for them to make them when they loose gp and xp for making them. Plus when i need scrolls they aren't always available to make therefore i cant play till they are. Is there a way you can put ready made scrolls back at mysty shop and also let toons that have the ability to make be able to make???

I have been pretty lucky with getting loot especially since you have fixed that area but the set items are far and few between. I go into a dungeon and do not go to next dungeon untill I get severely reduced xp or no loot and still not getting set items. I spent all day in D1 and never even got a single noob item. Today i did find a couple of set items but they were for rogue scorcer and wizard. Where are the set items that other toons can use??
I am jumping with joy over the challenge in Far East and Love what you have done to it so far. I for one understand how much work goes into making a server and keeping it running. The Link Gems are a blessing thank you for adding them to the server. I have tested a few ideas that i thought someone might be able to abuse them and they do not work. Good planning on your part. The only time i use them is when i go for the key after that i would rather go from start to finish and i might just get that set item i need.

Scrolls should be fairly plentiful. They are supposed to drop in every dungeon, with more powerful ones possible in higher dungeons. This should give you the capability to fill your spell books and have extra spells for combat. I don't want to add scrolls back to the magic shop, because I feel they are exploited (people just buy stacks of particular ones). With the current random scroll system, you have to find what you use or buy it from someone else. Please let me know if scrolls aren't dropping in all the dungeons. If they aren't, please let me know where they stop dropping. Thanks.

Concerning set items, 1 out of 4 loot bags with items will have a rare item. It's all chance. Sometimes I don't find set items for some time. Other times, I find several in a bunch. One time I must have found about 3 sets of Noob gear in a couple hours of play.

Thanks for the reply to my questions. I can understand where you are coming from. The scrolls are not dropping in every dungeon. Last time i got a scroll in a drop was in dungeon 1 and 2. Thanks for the hard work and the time you are putting into this server. I guess the other server spoiled us all and we will just have to get use to the new way.

Found and fixed scroll problem in next update.
