Just wanted everyone to know that I spent about 20 hours this weekend on the spells. I know it's been awhile since another update. Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still working hard on KT II.

I just wish I could figure out a way for the server to show up on the master server. I'm guessing the USA server is down, so now no new players will find KT II.

I went on USA server today and talk to some players, I told the ones there about far east and I will return and ask who ever is there when I see them and I know Gramma does the same.

Update: There's a problem with the spells where monsters are casting the original non-KT spells and players are casting KT versions. That means players get normal, unmodified saving throws against the creature spells. I noticed this when one player was facing the spiderkin and was getting zapped hard by harm every time. The KT harm spell allows a saving throw for 1/2 damage. The KT spell saves are also modified to take into account the legendary (beyond level 40) levels. This should be fixed in a day or two.

Maybe you could put a message about the new ip address as something that comes up when you log on to the original KT server. That way new people would know there is a new site that has lots more updates. That's how i found out about it. there was something that shouted "the new ip address is *such and such*," and i came to check it out.

I have two computers and I can log a girl into the USA server to put the word out, it's not a problem and might just get it going. cheers

I hope this don't post again I hit send and nothing happen but then again two times is ok. tongue
