Yes, I could. What would it offer beyond the existing sets in the game? Should it be tailored for evil characters only?

I believe there is also a legendary item ,like the shield and sword ,a drow helm . .so helm ,armor, shield, and sword. I yhave no input as to the need or parameters of another set. The same argument could apply to the items of " Kings " - armor and helm I believe , both legendary.

No I do not think t should be for evil class, I know you like restrictions...

Just having it avalible only to those who can use the items is enough restrictions...

There are already several similar sets in the module. If you had something in mind that would offer a new angle on play, I'd be open to it. There are already plenty of item options out there.
