I was buffing myself and the Berzerker I purchased from Joan Jett and my berserker attacked Joan leading her and the Beholder in the Hall of Mirrors to attack me also. What happened?

Might you have cast prayer? It's set to debilitate neutral and hostile PCs and NPCs.

That might have been it. I always cast Prayer when I buff. But, it has never done this to NPC's before. I believe Sarah has been rescripting a lot of the spells and I wonder if this was tampered with.

I don't know if prayer has been converted yet, but I'll definitely check on all reported bugs on this site. Darksky sent me a message that the prayer beads (don't know which spell on the beads) are causing an error message. Hopefully I'll have the time this weekend to go through it in more detail, so please keep reporting anything that hasn't already been noted.
